Some more photos of the shetlands, during the winter of 2009 into 2010. I don't think I have seen snow like this before and as deep. It was absolutely beautiful while it was here. The shetlands coped well, we gave them lots of hay, but they didn't seem to eat it, they were more interested in scratting the ground for grass.

We went to the Yorkshire Shetland Spring Show on April 11th 2010. What a lovely day, the sun shone for us and there were some good quality shelands there.  We got a 3rd in the mare class with Dilly which was excellent and, our new addition last year, Lathom Jocelyn got us a 2nd in the yearling class, she is looking good already, so here's hoping for a good season.
